In our Clinical Psychology Training Program, you will gain comprehensive hands-on experience in the field of mental health. Our program is designed to provide you with essential skills and knowledge, focusing on clinical case history taking, mental status examinations, and various psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic assessments. Below are the key components of our program:

• Clinical Case History Taking and Mental Status Examinations:You will learn to conduct detailed clinical case histories and perform mental status examinations. These skills are fundamental for understanding and diagnosing mental health conditions.
• Psychoeducational and Psychodiagnostic Assessments: Our program covers the administration, scoring, and interpretation of various assessments crucial for evaluating academic, cognitive, and behavioral functioning including IQ assessments (MISIC,BKT, Wechsler tests, Gessell’s Tests), cognitive assessments (NIMHANS battery, MOCA, MMSE), achievements tests (WRAT-5 and Aston Index), behavioural assessments (Conners’, CBCL, Vanderbilt), clinical (HAM-A, HAM-D, Y-BOCS) and developmental screening instruments (Vineland-3, CARS, ISAA, Developmental Profiles)
  You will gain knowledge about the psychopathology of clinical and neurodevelopmental disorders across different age groups (child, adult, geriatric). You will also participate in observational rotations in outpatient department (OPD) clinics to learn about:
  1. The etiology of disorders
  2. Provisional and differential diagnosis
  3. Interventions and Recommendations
