SAKSHAM, meaning "capable" or "competent" in Hindi, began its journey in 1999, founded with a heartfelt commitment to mental health and overall well-being by Dr. Roma Kumar.

Our dedicated team specialises in holistic mental health management, offering expert care and counselling to individuals facing psychological, emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
